No way. However, if the kiddo gets out of the stroller and runs, they must be registered for the race.  Why? Ask an attorney.

At most of our races you can. However, it is your responsibility to check with the local municipality about dog ordinances. For example, dogs are not allowed in many parks.

Where do you get all those super duper cool medals?

A fat guy in a red suit brings them. Ok seriously, we order them around 4 months in advance from China. Try forecasting the weather and attendance of an event 4 months in advance.

Where do you get all those super duper cool shirts.

Our staff graphic designer does all of our art and graphics. We are unbelievable fortunate to have her. Our shirt vendor is local and is the best in the business. Thanks City Screen Print & Embroidery and our good friend Bill Hoag.

Why to you post so much stuff about the race industry and what's with that Random Thoughts page?

Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC was not created to be one of the Midwest largest event companies.  We started SCSE because someone asked us to do an event.  From day one we said we were going to be transparent with our customers, admit when we make a mistake and take credit when we put on a great event.  We believe that our customers should know all the work that goes on behind the scenes and we should give credit to all the volunteers, staff and municipal resources that make an event happen.

The Random Thoughts page was created by our race director and he continues to write and publish the articles.  Some are serious, some are snarky, some are random but all are about the race industry and all written to show what happens with timing, management and equipment behind the scenes.
