DRAFT race day instructions.
If you are looking for a technical course, you have found it. Pike lake is challenging, hilly, very technical and you get to climb the 55 foot tower.
July 25th course update
In an effort to simplify the course and not have runners run around the parking lot, we have modified all of the courses. Please note, the distances are not exact and will be measured prior to the event.
5KOne lap around the 5K course with the option of climbing the tower. Why wouldn't you? The distance is 3.32 miles without climbing the tower and 3.79 miles if you do.
10KOne lap around the 10K course and you must climb the tower. There is an out an back portion near mile 5 on this portion of the course. The distance is 6.31 miles
Half MarathonTwo laps around the 10K course and you must climb the tower twice. There is an out an back portion near mile 5 on this portion of the course and the turn will be AFTER the 10K. The distance is approximately 12.98 miles.
Course maps these have not been updated but are very close.
